Dylan is the CIO at Calderwood Capital Management, a Multi-Family Office manager and specialist in alternative investments, which he co founded in 2020 with his partner Robert Crenian.

Prior to founding Calderwood he was Head of Liquid Investments at Zurich-based Calibrium AG, one of Europe's largest Family Offices, which he joined in 2013. Dylan started his career as a sell-side banker in the late 1990s where he was variously an economist, strategist and prop-trader.

While at Soc Gen, he was voted the number one for the Global Macro category in the 2011 and 2012 Extel surveys of institutional investor opinion.
